The contract between the MIGG srl and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by MIGG srl. This acceptance is implied, if not otherwise communicated by any means to the customer. Making an order in the provided modes, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and to fully accept the General and payment conditions transcribed below.
The customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog of this site, as described in the related product pages.
The correct order is confirmed by MIGG srl by a reply with an e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. The confirmation message will contain the date of the order and a ' Order Number ', to be used in any further communication with the MIGG srl. The message will include all the data entered by the customer,who agrees to verify the correctness and to communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
In the case of non-acceptance, MIGG srl ensure timely notification to the customer.
The client can exercise the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt of the software, except as indicated in the next step; this right is the right to return the goods purchased and the resulting refund of the purchase price; the 14 days start from the day of receipt of the software by the customer.
The withdrawal should be explicitly informed to MIGG srl by sending, before the expiry of the terms of withdrawal, an explicit declaration of that intention by fax (0984 468987) or email ( info@migg.it) where indicates the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
MIGG srl repay all payments received from the consumer using the same means of payment used by buyer for the initial purchase, within 30 days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
The customer, for its part, once exercised their withdrawal, is obliged, within 14 days, to return the goods purchased and no longer wanted it at his own expense together with the return document.

For every order placed, MIGG srl will issue an invoice. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer when ordering. No change in the Bill will be possible following the issuance thereof.
The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed to meet the requirements of the customer and will not under any circumstances or for any reason be passed to third parties. MIGG srl provides its customers with compliance with legislation governing the processing of personal data covered by the privacy code Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is MIGG srl , via Pertini 61, RENDE (CS).
